Upon receipt of your final Control, you have determined that you have a shortfall of $125K. Complete a UFR Specification document as the first step in securing funding. Regional guidance may permit entry of UFRs directly in the G2. You have latitude within the following parameters in the preparation of your document:

• Identify the N9 Program selected
• Specify whether the shortfall is in Labor or Non-Labor
• If Non-Labor, address a specific equipment need, a project, or delivery of Programs or services
