Everything that takes place on an Installation requires funding to operate. Without the necessary funding, Programs may have to shut down entirely or scale down staffing and services to match available funding. As an Installation Program Manager (IPM), you have an important role in helping to secure adequate funding for your Installation’s Program.

During the year, you are responsible for determining Program requirements with your Regional Program Director (RPD). Through awareness of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes and the required procedures in your Region, you will be able to take advantage of all funds made available to your Installation.
