Program Performance Evaluation

Program Performance Evaluation is an on-going procedure that enables optimal, real-time adjustments to achieve expected Program outputs.

Quarterly Performance Data Calls (QPDCs) occur at specific points throughout the fiscal year and serve to:
  • Measure how your Program is performing in relation to the Common Output Level Standards (COLS)
  • Measure output performance
  • Act as an integral part of the Navy’s overall performance modeling efforts
  • Provide feedback to Installation Program Managers (IPMs), which indicates how well services were delivered compared to what was funded and planned
